This Automatic Machine for Punching Deep drawing and Cutting, model ETC 60 CNC 1000 AP It’s used to make the tube cut with the necessary figure at the two ends of the tube.
It works through a special stamp according to the client’s needs.
Among the multitude of works that can be carried out, it is especially for construction parts, such as scaffolding, parts for the construction of greenhouses, furniture construction, etc. etc.
We manufacture this machine in our headquaters in Polinya, Barcelona, especially for the customer whose need, apart from cutting the tube to size, has to deep Drawing the end of the tube, in this way we avoid the double cutting operation plus the second shaping operation.
This system is especially important where the ends of the tubes must have a certain position between them, since the arc of the tube produces a rotation of the bar which is not suitable.
The Automatic Tube Punching, Drawing and Cutting Line is a fully automatic machine.
The package of tubes is deposited in the Loader and the finished tube is collected at the other end.

TUBE: Round, Square, Oval or Rectangular, from 10 to 60 mm. of ø or diagonal, and bar from 8 to 25 mm.
LOADERS:
Inclined plane ramp loader with a 1,500 mm ramp where the material is deposited and automatically loaded into the feeder.
Storage loader, its maximum capacity is 2,500 Kgs. or 2,430 cm² and inclined ramp for loading to the feeder, for tube diameters from 25 to 60 mm., elevation motor-reducer of 1.5 C.V.
Storage loader, its maximum capacity is 2,500 Kgs. or 2,430 cm², anti-crosslinking station for tubes from diameter 8 to 60 mm, inclined ramp for loading to the feeder, elevation motor-reducer of 1.5 C.V.
The chargers can be of the desired length, being the standard for a package of 6 meters.
CNC FEEDER: Clamp by Numerical Control by motor Servo-brushlees “Omron” with maximum feeding speed of 280 Mts/min. The motor controls and reprograms the acceleration ramps and the brake before reaching the cutoff position.
CUTTING HEAD: By an eccentric Press of 63 Tons of power. with pneumatic clutch-brake, lubrication system for all mechanical elements, hydraulic release, special die according to tube design.
UNLOADER: Of a length according to the work needs, by means of a conveyor belt and inclination for unloading controlled by a frequency inverter. With part and scrap sorter
CONTROL PANEL: All the synchronization of the Equipment is carried out by means of an “OMRON” programmable controller (PLC) and a servo and brushless motor. The programming of the machine is done through the 10.4” TFT touch screen. On-Line connection system for maintenance work from our Headquarters.
PROGRAMMING: Fully graphical proprietary production software, which is programmed with the lengths and quantities to be cut. All programs entered can be saved in memory for subsequent production. Having a maximum capacity of up to 1,000 different programs. Each program has saved tube diameter, blade thickness, bar length, cut length, discharge position, tube classification, etc. It also has a screen for checking and maintaining the machine, checking detectors, limit switches, motors and solenoid valves.
